Coaching Practice: mix of coaching activities, both group and individual, facilitated by a Mentor Coach

Over 12 Months
- Months 1-6: Attend each month a 1 day long training module and its respective Coaching Practice session. After each module, you will attend an individual mentor coaching session, where you will work with your mentor-coach on the specific challenges you have related to the current module.
- Months 1-11: In parallel with the training and the group Coaching Practice sessions, you will practice 20 technical coaching sessions, with colleagues in your company or with fellow Club members
- Month 12: Attend the mentor coaching group session, where you share with your fellows the lessons you have learned during the program

Coaching Practice
The day-long coaching practice sessions that we’ve included in all our programs, subsequent to training sessions, are the best way for you to observe, apply and experientially learn coaching skills, attitudes and aptitudes. Everything happens under the observation of our experienced mentor coaches and in the presence of your program fellows.
Your Own Mentored Practice
During the program, you’ll be assigned a number of coaching sessions (depending on the program) to practice with colleagues in your company or with fellow Club members. Subsequently, you receive individual coaching sessions with your own mentor, who assists you with the challenges you face while actually practicing coaching.
