Coaching Practice: mix of coaching activities, both group and individual, facilitated by a Mentor Coach

Mentor Coaching Closing Session (share with the group the lessons you have learned during the program)
Over 8 Months
- Months 1-7: Attend each month a 1 day long training module. After each module, you will attend an individual mentor coaching session, where you will work with your mentor-coach on the specific challenges you have related to the current module.
- Months 2-6: Attend a 1 day long Coaching Practice day, correponding to the training modules you already experienced.
- Months 1-7: In parallel with the training and the group Coaching Practice sessions, you will practice 20 executive coaching sessions, with colleagues in your company or with fellow Club members.
- Month 8: Attend the mentor coaching group session, where you share with your fellows the lessons you have learned during the program.

Coaching Practice
The day-long coaching practice sessions that we’ve included in all our programs, subsequent to training sessions, are the best way for you to observe, apply and experientially learn coaching skills, attitudes and aptitudes. Everything happens under the observation of our experienced mentor coaches and in the presence of your program fellows.
Your Own Mentored Practice
During the program, you’ll be assigned a number of coaching sessions (depending on the program) to practice with colleagues in your company or with fellow Club members. Subsequently, you receive individual coaching sessions with your own mentor, who assists you with the challenges you face while actually practicing coaching.
Professional Community
You become fellow in a community of specialists with extensive professional skills and varied skillsets who share at least one common interest: practicing coaching.
